Books to Read and Enjoy

These are some of my favorite books about life, finance, and ways of being, and some just for fun.
Full disclosure – I’m using affiliate links here, so I will make a small commission on the sale if you buy it, but it doesn’t cost you anything more than if you bought them otherwise. 🙂

Bird by Bird by Annd Lamott – This is a precious book about writing and how to improve your own.

The Creative Act: A Way of Being by Rick Rubin. This little book is a gem. I recommend the hardback version. Its a good one to just flip through randomly and read a chapter for inspiration.

Wherever You Go, There You Are by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This is a great book about mindfulness and being at peace with who you are and where you are in your life.

The Four-Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris. This is an oldie, but a goodie. A good first introduction to the idea of passive income and living a life outside the typical system.
